Merco electronics is working on software products for designing and producing PCBs. 
In 1998 the first version of PCB elegance was introduced. PCB elegance was build from
scratch, using the latest technologies. In 1999 a software tool engraver was introduced. 
By using this tool PCB prototyping became much easier. Instead of etching a PCB, a CNC
milling machine is used for removal of copper. Only the contours of traces/pads will be removed.
In 2004 a new product is introduced: VIEWPlot. With this tool gerber/dxf/hpgl files can
be read/modified/printed/converted.
